This service used to be something great but now it is just a joke. Various (+400 at least) Albums and titles of my library keep vanishing and are unplayable because of "Licensing reasons" just to reappear after a certain time and then they vanish again which is weird for music hat has been released for over 20 years by now. This is a common bug and many other users experienced during the last years, yet Napster does not care to fix it. Plus the support has not answered FIVE of my E-Mails...

Ich bin von Spotify Premium zu Napster gewechselt. Letzteres ist nicht perfekt, aber meinem Geschmack nach trotzdem um Längen besser. Teilweise sind Alben mit Singles auf den Künstlerseiten durcheinander geworfen oder nicht chronologisch geordnet, Lieder folgen leider nicht 100%ig lückenlos aufeinander. Alles nicht die Welt, aber ich hoffe, dass das mit der Zeit noch ausgebügelt wird.

I switched from Spotify due to content and artist compensation issues and am very satisfied with Napster's platform. I've found 95% of the music I've searched for and the playlist option is easy to work with. The only problem I've encountered is a buffering thing that happens very rarely.

I want to like the service but I'm irritated by missing features and lack of polish in some areas of the app. No "Up Next" section. If you start playing songs from a playlist or an album, unless you manually add the songs to the queue (that you can only manage from "My music" for whatever reason), you'll never be able to manage upcoming songs (remove, reorder, play next). Search is slow. Not a deal-breaker, but slower than competing services. Missing album artworks and artists photos.
